1. Cancellation Policy

Orders or services can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once the service has started or shipment is initiated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

• Service was not delivered as promised
• Duplicate payment was made
• Order was cancelled within the allowed time

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after service initiation
• Delay caused due to external factors beyond our control
• Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
